How it works
Pupils register their interest, apply, have a short interview, then start with an induction. The work experience is delivered online over a week or two, with a supervisor guiding them throughout.
Questions schools ask
How long does work experience last?
A week or two, online, at dates agreed with the pupil and their school.
Is it supervised?
Yes. Every pupil has a named supervisor and regular check-ins.
How do pupils apply?
Through the application form for their chosen role, linked from the Pathways page. We ask for their careers lead’s email so we can keep you informed.
Can pupils help secure our own school?
Yes. Pupils apply what they learn to their own school, with your agreement.
What do pupils get?
Experience of a real recruitment process, supervisor feedback, examples of real work for their CV, and a certificate of participation.
Other experiences
We also run sessions for pupils, such as capture-the-flag challenges and ethics sessions.
